Many of you have already started to spread the word about Beast Body Epic and I really appreciate that. The link that is easiest to share is Tinyurl.com/BeastBodyEpic. It goes right there.
If you own a copy of the book, it would be great if you could take a photo of it or of yourself with it, share it on social media and also e-mail or dm me a copy of the photo? I’ll use it in various promotional materials on social media and i’ll credit you.
The book has a creative commons license, which means that as long as you attribute me, you can respond to it in any way you’d like: you can remix, collage, use the visual poems in some way or include snippets of the text in something you’re doing.
I want this book to be a community book, that is to say, a collective and shared work of art for those who have lost someone, who are caregivers or who have gone through health issues themselves. If this book resonates with you, if it inspires / provokes your own creative work, i’d love to hear about it.
