I just want people to be there. Why do I care so much? I organized this. This is the best poetry lineup I could put together, and I'd like to have as many people there as possible.
If you love poetry - this is an hour and a half that you aren't going to want to miss.
It's $25 or $20 for seniors, or $15, or Free. Whatever you would like.
8 pm Library and Archives Canada (or 6:00 pm if you also want to see Dave O'Meara). It's the same night so the same rules apply.

ps: a note from Amanda: i am so looking forward to this event. i love the work of all of these writers and the host, but also, it’s a great opportunity for poets and poetry enthusiasts to get together and nerd out on poetry. the Ottawa literary community is a thriving and supportive group, and the Ottawa International Writers Festival has been such a strong supporter. Let’s turn out in what rob mclennan calls “a pint of poets” but I think a pitcher of poets or a magnum of poets might also work. or a murmuration. come on out!
